Payment may be made by check or credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover Card). For credit card payment please provide the 16-digit card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, name of person card is issued to, name of authorized user(s) if different from person card is issued to, and postal code. FOREIGN Payment Option:
Select this payment option if your clients reside outside of the United States. Payment may be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover Card) or by international cashiers check or international money orders.
For credit card payment please provide the 16-digit card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, name of person card is issued to, name of authorized user(s) if different from person card is issued to, and postal code.
