Season of Aggression - Dog Bites More Common During Warmer Weather
April 4, 2008 - Marshall News Messenger - Marshall, TX, USA

"Several factors come into play," Ms. Sepulvado said, noting spring is mating season for animals and both male and female dogs will seek out the opposite sex. They also become more aggressive. That's why we feel so strongly about ... (more)

These attacks are more often caused by resident owned canines rather than strays. One case in Oklahoma recently involved a mixed breed dog which was part wolf. The animal belonged to a customer and attacked a carrier from behind. It knocked the carrier to the ground, and ravaged his leg. Another horrific case involved ... (more)
