Graduate Programs
The College of Veterinary Medicine is one of three units of the Institute of Agriculture at The University of Tennessee and is located on the Agricultural Campus in Knoxville, Tennessee. Students are admitted from every county in the state of Tennessee and five slots are allocated each year for out of state students for the professional program leading to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. The College also supervises the Comparative and Experimental Medicine (CEM) Graduate Program and offers the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. Other units of the University participate in the CEM program, such as the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville, UT's College of Arts and Sciences, Oak Ridge National Laboratories, and Oak Ridge Associated Universities.
