Making a Gift by Check or Credit Card
Please go to: to download and complete the gift form. Each gift fund listed includes a statement of purpose for the fund (place the cursor over the name of the gift fund to read its description).

Making a Gift Online via the (a secure online giving website)
Matching Gifts
Some employers offer matching gift programs for their employees. Please contact the Human Resouces office of your employer to see if such a program is available. This usually requires that you complete a form provided by your employer and send it, completed, with your gift to the UTCVM Development Office (see address above). We will insure your matching gift is applied to the same gift fund you selected for your personal gift.
