Veterinary College Photographer Receives National Award
KNOXVILLE, Tenn Phil Snow, photographer at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, has received an Award of Excellence in still media portraiture from the BioCommunications Association (BCA). The BCA is an international professional association of people working in the biological communications field.
Snow photographed veterinary ophthalmologist Dr. Dan Ward. The photograph, "'Eye See,' Said the Blind Man," has been used in external publications to highlight the UT Veterinary Medical Centers ophthalmology service that is available for both small and large animals. This is Snow's third BCA Award of Excellence.
The award was announced at the BCA annual meeting held in Phoenix, Arizona.
