Why become an exhibitor at the CEMPH symposium?
You will reach 200+ research faculty, post-docs, interns, residents, staff, and graduate students to which you can market and showcase your products and services. You will also receive recognition for your support with on-site signage and in the symposium program, which will be distributed both days of the conference and available online immediately before and after the conference. Inside the program, our exhibitor directory will include your company and contact information. You are also invited to attend presentations.
What kind of space is available?
Each exhibitor will have a table (2.5’ x 6’) with two chairs. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own table covering or skirting and extension cords. A limited number of spaces with local power hook-up are available (first come, first served). Exhibitor tables will be placed near the presentation rooms for maximum foot traffic.
Setup: Setup begins at 8:30am both days of the symposium. Sessions will end by 5:00. The loading zone may be used for a limited time during setup and take-down. Free parking passes are available upon advanced request and will be held at the registration table. Exhibitors without an appropriate parking pass may be ticketed or towed.
Cancellation and refund policy: All fees are non-refundable.

There are two ways to sponsor the symposium.
- Enclose a check or money order (with the required form) payable to the University of Tennessee.
- Pay by credit card at the UTIA eMarketplace. Please note that all credit card payments include an additional 5% processing fee.
