Respect "self-determination" - the basic right for each individual to choose what is best for them.
Resist engaging in dual-relationships relationships that blur the professional role of the veterinary social worker.
Do not engage in sexual relationships with students, staff, faculty, or clients of UTCVM.
Promote effective and compassionate habits of communication and feedback.
