Print the 2008 Veterinary Summer Experience Application Packet
Application Steps:
- Answer each question completely and truthfully.
- Obtain three letters of recommendation from individuals who are familiar with your character, aptitude, and abilities. Letters should be from someone other than relatives. Letters of recommendation should be returned to you and must be submitted with your application packet.
- Submit an official high school transcript with your application packet. Unofficial transcripts will not be accepted.
- Provide six copies of the completed application INCLUDING essay but EXCLUDING letters of recommendation and transcript.
- Submit all application materials (six copies of the application, three letters of recommendation, and one official transcript) as a single packet.
Important Dates:
- Completed application packets including 6 copies of application and essay, 3 letters of recommendation and 1 official high school transcript must be post-marked by March 31, 2008
- Applicants will be notified via email by April 30, 2008 Please do not contact program staff regarding applicant status prior to this time.
- The eight-week program will take place June 9 - August 1, 2008 (July 28 - August 1, will be spent on The University of Tennessee's Knoxville campus).
