• Professional Course Registration: 

All payments must be in U.S. dollars only. The registration fee covers sessions, abstract books, the Tuesday Welcome Reception, and the Thursday evening dinner at the Museum of Appalachia

Registered attendees may bring a guest to the Welcome Reception and the dinner at the Museum of Appalachia.

The Registration Fee does NOT cover the Pain Pre-Conference Workshop, the daily tours, and the Closing Ceremony Banquet, Saturday evening. 

Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment in-full.
